Cerris Builders partnered with Southwest Contract to complete their new warehouse facility in Temple, TX. With our design-build partner, GBA, Cerris Builders completed construction of 40,800 SF of warehouse with approximately 6,800 SF of office space. We were able to fast-track the preconstruction process to ensure completion of the new building prior to Southwest Contract’s existing lease ending. Cerris Builders worked with Southwest Contract to alter the layout of the building on the site to take advantage of grading and reduce the amount of earthwork required.
