As Project Controls Manager, Eric is responsible for the development, coordination, and supervision of all scheduling functions. He works closely with the project team to develop project control objectives and provide technical support for the project. Eric also ensures that all scheduling activities comply with company and client requirements. He also assists members of the project in planning, cost control analysis, and problem solving.
