Todd brings more than 26 years of construction experience to the team and has estimated/submitted bids on a variety of construction projects and industries. As Senior Preconstruction Manager, Todd is responsible for the preconstruction phase of the project including working closely with the owner, A/E, estimating manager, operations manager, and subcontractors to get the most cost-efficient estimate for each construction project.
