This project consists of 1.2 million SF of concrete paving on a 61-acre site graded for future expansion. It includes 9,900 SF of single-story office space, a 116,000-SF PEMB service dock area, and 5,350 SF between two FEMA-rated TPODs. Additional structures on the site include a 16,558-SF PEMB shop maintenance facility, a detached fuel facility, and a pre-manufactured guard shack. The service center dock and maintenance facility are expandable structures.
