Enterprise Industrial Park Building 4 is a 250,373-SF shell building located in Schertz, TX. The scope includes associated site work and concrete paving. The pad is moisture conditioned and has a belled pier foundation. In addition, this site required an import of fill, and therefore, the earthwork operations were coordinated with Building 6 to balance the two sites between each other.
