MW Builders Expands into the Southeast

We’re expanding our footprint into the sunshine state with the opening of our latest office in Jacksonville, Florida. As a national general contractor that has always serviced our clients across the U.S., we are excited to deepen our roots in the Southeast and build local relationships in northern Florida as we set up shop.

Our expertise in design-build, light industrial, multifamily, and hospitality are a perfect match for the growth planned for this area. We’ve spent the last fifty years honing our craft and building long-term relationships, and we’re committed to taking all of that to the next level as we expand into a new market. We got our start in the Midwest, and we’ll bring our five core values of integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and caring heart with us to the Southeast.

One of our mantras is “Train Your Replacement,” and we believe in developing homegrown leaders. Two of our very own proven leaders, Isaac Byers and Sam Whetstone, have relocated to Jacksonville to drive success in this new office and bring the MW Builders culture right along with them. Our employee owners are eager to invest in Jacksonville by helping to continue shaping the skyline, volunteering for causes that are near and dear to our hearts, and becoming an integral part of the local business community.
