Cerris Builders partnered with Titan Development to complete a 52,500-SF tilt-wall building for KVAL Machinery. This state-of-the-art facility houses a full production staff, onsite machining operations, as well as a secondary parts inventory warehouse, to complement KVAL’s main headquarters facility in Petaluma, California. The plant is expected to add over 80 high-quality jobs over the next three years in Hutto, Texas, and the surrounding Austin region.
