Cerris Builders was selected to provide design-build services for the True Harvest Phase II project in Belton, Texas. This project includes the design and construction of an approximately 44,867-SF head house and an about 72,126-SF greenhouse, including site work and utilities to support the facility.
The Phase II project includes an added corridor at the Phase I dock area to tie the connector corridor back to the conditioned space. Phase III was added to the project by change order.
