City of Midland Utilities Service Center

Our seventh project for the City of Midland includes building vehicle maintenance facilities with three pre-engineered metal buildings and related site work. The largest is a 28,130 SF, two-story office facility with four pull-through bays for service trucks, housing the Department of Water and Wastewater Utilities. It features conference rooms, collaborative areas, break rooms, training rooms, exercise rooms, locker and shower facilities, and public reception areas.

The second building is an 8,665 SF vehicle service shop with service, lift, and inspection bays. Adjoining offices include training rooms, a break room, and storage facilities. The third building is a 3,029 SF, 3-bay general-purpose storage facility. Site work features a 1,258 SF drive-through vehicle wash bay, 80,000 SF of new concrete paving, perimeter fencing, utilities, and landscaping. The existing fuel facility was integrated into the design, maintaining uninterrupted operation during construction.
