Vice President of Business Development

Bret Necessary is Vice President of Business Development for Cerris Builders and brings more than 20 years of hands-on engineering and construction experience to our clients in the development/planning phase and throughout construction. Bret’s experience in the design and construction fields, coupled with several years of experience on the owner’s side, enables him to bring valuable insight to the client, especially during the development phase of the project.

• University: Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
• I'm most passionate about: Mentorship; I have coached youth sports for more than 20 years and have had the privilege of teaching my players about leadership, teamwork, and perseverance, in addition to the skills they learned on the field.
