Cerris Builders Completes Tampa Heights Development

Cerris Builders is proud to celebrate the completion of Tampa Heights — a mixed-use development in the heart of Tampa, Florida. Located at the intersection of East 7th Avenue and North Florida Avenue, this six-story complex offers urban living with a seamless blend of residential, retail, and amenity-driven spaces.

Spanning over 492,000 SF Tampa Heights features 321 modern apartment units above a precast parking structure. The development includes 13,000 SF of retail space designed to enhance walkability and community connection, along with 6,400 SF of resident amenities that promote comfort and convenience.

Residents will enjoy upscale features such as a rooftop pool with stunning city views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a serene interior courtyard designed for relaxation and social gatherings. This project was delivered in partnership with Maifly Development and leading architectural firm Humphreys & Partners.
