Cerris Builders was selected to provide general contractor services for a new medical office building in Stanton, Texas, for the Martin County Hospital District. The project consisted of a new 90,962-SF medical office building, a new helipad, and associated site development.
Work was sequenced in two phases to maintain uninterrupted emergency medical transport operations.
In conjunction with the project, exterior windows were also replaced throughout the patient wing of the adjacent existing hospital.
