Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center

The Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center project involved replacing an outdated therapy pool and enclosure with a state-of-the-art aquatic therapy facility. The new 2,900-SF masonry structure connected seamlessly to the existing building and featured a multi-level therapy pool designed specifically for pediatric rehabilitation. Key features included ADA-compliant access, water jets, a slide, play structures, and pool position markers to support a wide range of therapeutic activities.

Renovations also included roof modifications, updated interior finishes, and a full replacement of the campus electrical service. Water and electrical utilities were re-established to the riding arena, and the facility was outfitted with restrooms, storage, a lift, and an intercom system to enhance therapy delivery.
