Cerris Builders Shares Insights at InterFace Kansas City Multifamily Conference
We were proud to have Natalya Steinke, Preconstruction Manager, represent Cerris Builders as a panelist at last week’s InterFace Kansas City Multifamily Conference. She joined industry leaders to discuss Trends in Architecture, Design, and Construction, sharing insights on innovations and market shifts shaping the future of multifamily development.
During the panel, Natalya highlighted Cerris Builders’ ongoing work nationwide and in Kansas City, where we’ve delivered nearly 3,000 apartment units. Recent projects include The Hudson, a 228-unit development across from KU Medical Center, and Trulo Homes, a 220-home community in Kansas City, Missouri. We’re also building our eighth senior living project for a repeat client in Leawood, Kansas, and preparing two hotels to open ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Looking ahead, the Kansas City multifamily market remains strong, with more than 4,600 apartment units in the pipeline. Natalya expressed optimism, stating, "Hopefully, by next year stability and certainly will return to the market, and we’ll see at lot of projects breaking ground.”
We’re proud to contribute to conversations that shape the future of multifamily housing and grateful for the opportunity to connect with peers who share our commitment to excellence in building communities.
