MW Builders Celebrates Two 2018 Capstone Awards

The Kessler Residences at Meadowbrook and Union | Berkley Riverfront Park Apartments were both recognized in the top 25 best development in Kansas City. Winners were selected from a variety of categories that showcase the diverse array of development projects that enhance the Kansas City-area.

The Kessler Residences at Meadowbrook, a luxury apartment complex with 282 upscale units, was built in partnership with developer VanTrust Real Estate. The 3- and 4-story wood-frame buildings, in addition to the 5-story, precast parking garage, total 525,000 SF. The apartments, which held their grand opening in September, are part of a larger community initiative to offer luxury housing options to suit a variety of needs.

MW Builders partnered with developer, Flaherty & Collins, on the new Union | Berkley Riverfront Park Apartments to help bring the innovative idea of developing the long neglected Riverfront area and turning it into a new destination to live and play in the city. The apartment complex offers luxury living with more than 400 units and 12,400 SF of retail space.
