This project consists of the construction of a two-story, 11,365-SF industrial equipment rental facility for ASCO Equipment Company. The building features a product showroom with administration and office space, as well as a fully equipped, multi-stall repair bay/service pad with fuel island and wash pad. A concrete hardstand is provided for equipment parking along with asphalt paving for customer parking. The project’s scope consisted of light gauge metal framing with a stucco and stone veneer finish on the front portions and concrete block on the shop portion. The entire building is elevated with compacted fill to raise the floor elevation above the required flood plain levels.
