Aspen Heights Bloomington is the latest off-campus student housing option for students attending Indiana University Bloomington. Our team served as the general contractor to deliver this 432,900-SF project, which sits on a 12-acre site and includes four buildings with 241 units and 675 beds.
The team delivered the project ahead of the 2024-25 school year by successfully managing pricing instability, supply chain issues, labor shortages, and unknown underground site conditions.
Due to the innovative solutions and commitment to quality craftsmanship exhibited by the project team, Cerris Builders was awarded an Excellence in Construction Eagle Award by ABC Heart of America Chapter for their work on this project.
