Enterprise Industrial Park Building 6 is a 187,288-SF shell building located in Schertz, TX. The scope includes associated site work and concrete paving. The pad is moisture conditioned and has a belled pier foundation. In addition, this site had excess dirt, and therefore, the earthwork operations were coordinated with Building 4 to balance the two sites between each other.
