The Helen Greathouse Manor is a 3-story, 113,500-SF facility that includes 86 senior apartments. This project also includes the Vogel Center, which consists of 29 apartments to care for individuals in the early stages of memory impairment.
Each 500-SF living area contains a bathroom, kitchenette, and bedroom. The facility was designed with a residential atmosphere consisting of comfortable living units, care-based support areas, activity spaces and common living areas, as well as dining areas with support kitchens. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with gardens, fountains, sitting areas, and balconies for enjoying the grounds.
