Metro North Crossing

Cerris Builders served as the Construction Manager for Metro North Crossing, a mixed-use redevelopment at the site of the former Metro North Mall in Kansas City, MO. The project scope includes:

• Three, 4-story, wood-framed apartment buildings totaling 213 units
• One, 3-story building with 36 townhomes above retail space
• Clubhouse with heated zero-entry pool and year-round hot tub
• Seven, single-story, multi-stall, wood-framed garages
• Six multi-stall carports
• Pickleball and sand volleyball courts, firepit seating area, outdoor kitchen with pergola,and walking trails

The project’s interior showcases upgraded finishes – rain shower heads, built-in tiled shower benches, glass shower doors, spacious wood cabinets with lazy susans and soft-closing drawers, granite tops with waterfall edges, and oversized windows.
