Cerris Builders served as the Construction Manager-At-Risk for the 7,145 SF remodel of the 11th floor of the Midland County Courthouse. The remodeled top floor now boasts 11 offices, four restrooms, two conference rooms, and an upgraded floor for the existing elevator and lobby.
