Midland County Library

This project includes the construction of a 30,000-SF building renovation located in Midland, TX. The first floor of the building was renovated, adding open space in multiple areas for new offices, meeting rooms, and restrooms. An existing elevator and staircases were also removed. The project includes a new fire suppression system, electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC system, fire alarm system, interior lighting, and storefront glass.
