Northpark35

Through a collaborative design-build approach with Titan Development, Cerris Builders delivered NorthPark35, a more than 156-acre industrial park. The project included all aspects of planning, design, permitting, and construction services that house four facilities totaling 1,551,705 SF, with further development on the horizon. 

These shell facilities consist of slab-on-grade with drilled piers and concrete tilt-wall with conventional steel framing. Site work includes:

• The extension of a public road
• The addition of a private road
• The extension of public water
• Onsite concrete paving
• A fire loop
• Storm drainage
• Utilities

Additionally, this project includes 4,500 SF of a five-lane roadway extension with a regional lift station and stormwater facilities for the park.
