TexAmericas Center

This design-build project comprises of a 149,301-SF, tilt-wall, speculative warehouse building for TexAmericas Center on a 12,000-acre site just outside Texarkana. The building has been designed with features that are attractive to potential tenants, flexible across a variety of industries, and scalable to meet a host of needs. The project is a multi-tenant, mixed-use, tilt-wall construction facility that has a 32-ft clear height, 30 dock doors, two drive-in doors, and industrial-grade utilities. The building can accommodate uses such as large warehousing inventory with the capability to subdivide down to approximately 13,000-SF units as needed.

This is the first new building constructed in the industrial park in 15 years.
