Cerris Builders is the general contractor for the new Village Cooperative of Verona Hills senior apartment community located in Kansas City, MO. This 126,533-SF project includes 54 independent living senior apartment units and partial underground parking. The single-building, 3-story senior living community was built using wood frame construction atop a hollow-core plank parking garage with CMU foundation walls.
