This project is a private, off-campus, 371,376-SF student housing complex that consists of a new, five-story wood-framed structure subdivided into two separate buildings by firewalls. The complex includes 271 dwelling units and approximately 6,000 SF of leasing an amenity area, including a pool and additional outdoor amenities in the two courtyards. The scope also includes the construction of a new 6-level, 180,824-SF precast concrete parking structure and the demolition of all existing buildings and pavement on the property.
