As President, Todd is responsible for the overall performance of the company and directs the overall operation of Cerris Builders. All department managers report directly to Todd, including estimating, operations, field supervision, safety, and business development. Todd joined Cerris Builders right after college, and for more than 25 years, he has worked his way up through the organization and now leads Cerris Builders.
