This project consists of 430,000 SF of site paving and a 26,650-SF cross dock service center that contains 4,810 SF of single-story office space. The exterior facade of the office space consists of concrete tilt-wall panels. Other structures on the site include a detached fuel facility with a pre-engineered canopy, a prefabricated guard shack, and FEMA rated storm shelters. The service center (dock) facility is also an expandable structure.
