Cerris Builders is proud to have served as the general contractor for Tampa Heights, a six-story, 321-unit multifamily development in Tampa, Florida. The completed community features a precast parking garage, 6,400 SF of amenity space, and 13,000 SF of retail space.
Residential units feature smart home technology, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood cabinetry, European-inspired bathrooms, ceiling fans, large walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, and views of downtown Tampa and the surrounding waterways.
Community amenities include multiple outdoor lounging and park areas, a resort-style rooftop pool with cabanas, firepits, and grilling stations, a full-service fitness center, coffee bar, meeting rooms, bike storage, and a dog park.
