Cerris Builders was the general contractor for the Village Cooperative of the Northland senior apartment community located in Kansas City, MO. This 115,744-SF multifamily project includes 52 independent senior living apartment units and partial underground parking.
The single-building, 3-story senior living community was built using wood-frame construction atop a hollow-core plank parking garage with CMU foundation walls. This is the fourth Village Cooperative project Cerris Builders has been awarded by repeat client, Real Estate Equities Development, LLC.
