The complex is unique in that it includes a full-basement parking garage, site retaining walls, and retainage pond on a tight 3.98-acre site. The single-building, 3-story apartment complex was built using wood-frame construction and a pre-cast concrete slab over underground parking garage. Amenities included a porte-cochere, club room, reading areas, community area, woodworking shop, guest suite, garden plots, while-you’re-away service, and underground heated parking with a car wash bay — all wrapped up in a fully secure building.
