Continuing a strong relationship with repeat client Ward County/Ward Memorial Hospital, Cerris Builders provided interior and exterior renovations to the existing 10,987 SF Physical Therapy Building at the hospital.
Renovations included new interior finishes throughout the facility, new roofing and insulation, new restrooms, new exterior canopies, replacement of exterior windows, new lighting and controls, new HVAC equipment, and alterations to the existing mechanical systems.
Structural modifications to the building included demolition of the floor slab and excavations for the creation of a new basement and foundation walls. Cerris Builders was responsible for furnishing and installing a new therapeutic treatment pool with an underwater treadmill and associated infrastructure within this additional space.
